Bedford Rail is a blog about the railways that serve Bedford. It was set up in response to the changes to those railways that are combining to degrade the services available to the town considerably, in both the short and long term – although it covers the history of the railways in the area as well as the troubles of the present and (probably) future.

It’s written by John Kell, who works in public policy (currently in areas unrelated to transport), and also writes the New Build Steam blog.
